TIPS FOR BACK TO SCHOOL

Summer is coming to an end and we all know what that means. Back to school time. Whether you’re going back to high school, college or university we all know that going back to school is a whirlwind of mixed emotions. In order to get you through the year, we listed some helpful tips for you to survive the school year. 

 

Tip #1: Go To School and Get an Education

We know it sounds easy but when it is Monday at 6am and you’re dead tired from partying all weekend and just not feeling it, you’ll know what we mean. Getting your ass out of bed is tough but you have to get in the habit of doing it! It is important to get an education because it gives you the knowledge to help change the world. It will help you develop a better understanding of others and yourself. 

 

Tip #2: Be Yourself

 Life is too short to try and impress people that you do not like or to be honest care about you. Learn to be yourself and you will find that life is better that way. If you want to wear that crop top but you’re scared of what others will think of you. Do it. It will feel absolutely liberating living for yourself and not for others. 

 

Tip #3: Spend Time with Your Family & Friends

 Remember to appreciate the people that love and support you. We all get busy with our schedules sometimes and school will stress us out and it will feel like you do not have time for anything else. But try your best to make time for the people you love. They probably miss you and you’ll realize how much you miss them back. Even if you do not have that much time to spare you can have a quick break with a friend or simply call or text them. This will help clear your mind and make you feel 100% better. 

 

Tip #4: Sleep

 Another tip that is easier said than done! Sleep is a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting good sleep will help you with your mental health, physical health, quality of life and more! Also, who said you had to sleep alone! Cuddling up with someone has its own benefits such as easing stress, relieves pain and even fight colds! 

 

Tip #5: Treat Yo Self

 Listen to Donna Meagle and Tom Haverford and TREAT YO SELF. It is okay to splurge here and there every once in a while. Treat yo self with some cute and sexy new arrivals here. Shop our new arrivals and go away on a quick vacation to destress and find some hotties!
