Karma 2" Short Shorts with Zipper Pockets - Black

Believe this was my third or fourth order with Malibu. All merchandise received is top quality in materials, sizing and workmanship, very impressed. However I have issues with the company. Continually receive pop ups saying take 10% off first order and never received this discount to date. Was surprised first time I received a notice from my bank that transactions were being processed out of the US and I had to pay their additional transaction fees on each purchase but found no mention of this off shore banking anywhere on the Malibu website. Immediately about two days after my first order was placed and well before receipt of merchandise, Malibu offered substantial discounts on the very items I had placed. As previously mentioned, very pleased with merchandise but all future purchases are subject to closer discretion. Thank you,
