What To Avoid

Fatty & Fried Food - Sorry boys. You'll have to say no to Popeyes' Chicken Sandwiches for tonight. Food that is fried and high in fat are generally hard for our bodies to suggest and can lead to discomfort, feeling bloated and stinky gas. 

Broccoli - Although Broccoli is healthy for you. It is high in starch that can cause gassiness and bloatedness. 

Bread - In general bread and other grains is something you should avoid. You may feel uncomfortable bottoming because they tend to make you feel fuller than you actually are. 

Dairy - Everyone is a little gay AND a little lactose. Dairy food such as cheese, milk, and other high in fat dairy products are harder to digest and cause gassiness. 



What To Eat

Salads - To guarantee healthy and successful bowel movements is to consume plenty of fiber. A good amount of fiber will reduce time spent on douching and translate to a more firm and solid stool.

Protein - The body needs to be fuelled in order to handle a night of pounding. Protein is essential for muscle development and sustainability. 

Water - Stay Hydrated so you can get wet for later on! Drinking a lot of water is essential every day and not only for days where you plan to get some of the D.

    I’m vers, but have a fair bit of bottoming experience. I find that, for the whole day when I know I have a date later, I tend to eat less and very clean. Lots of vegetables, a bit of fruit, solid and lean protein, and usually a large dose of oatmeal to clean out the pipes! No accidents so far, so fingers crossed that streak continues.
